Cleaning was not carried out for all three days, the room was in poor condition, the balcony that was supposed to be in this type of room was missing, breakfast was absolutely miserable, the kettle was empty, and the food was not fresh.

The place was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly—especially the receptionist Oğuzhan, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Emir was also excellent, and the entire team was amazing. A housekeeping staff member was very cooperative, responded to requests immediately, and was extremely honest and trustworthy. Free tea throughout the entire stay was a lovely touch. The room was very quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The hotel truly deserves 5 stars and is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Istanbul. It was very easy to reach, and the airport transfer service was excellent. Honestly, it was an absolutely outstanding hotel. I will definitely come back again!

“Für internationalen Gästen nicht geeignet”

The price was good and the place was amazingly clean, even though the equipment was pretty damaged. The food was a catastrophe, no good bread, no coffee, only powdered coffee and milk, typical Turkish habits, no international options. Islamic control, my girlfriend wanted to help me bring things into the room and that was not allowed. All of that alone means I will never go back.

“Awful, never again”

The housekeeping team was helpful, but the management was poor, communication was lacking, hygiene was subpar, and cigarettes were smoked everywhere.
