José was a lifesaver – he stepped in when the owner messed up, gave us a decent breakfast and tried to sort things out. Unfortunately the pictures and the price we saw online were way off; when we arrived they hiked the rate to more than three times what was advertised and the owner answered our complaints with insults like “bruta” and “sorda,” leaving the staff to handle the mess.

The place looks gorgeous and the staff treated us with top‑notch attention, which made the whole experience feel special. Everything from the décor to the service felt just right, and we left with a good impression.

The only thing that really stood out was how convenient the location was; everything we needed was just a short walk away.

From the moment we stepped inside, Marleny greeted us with a warm smile and kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Her friendly attitude made the whole stay feel pleasant, and we left feeling well taken care of.

The service was incredibly friendly – Marileni even invited us to join breakfast both mornings, which was a nice touch. The room was spotless, set in a quiet, ideal spot, and we’d gladly stay here again a thousand times.
