The stay was very disappointing – definitely not a 4‑star hotel! For me, this place does not meet the 4‑star standard at all; realistically I would rate it only a 3‑star. The 4‑star claim is completely unfounded given the actual condition. The air conditioning was utterly inadequate and didn’t cool the room properly. The shower enclosure was damaged and the safe didn’t work at all. Such deficiencies are unacceptable for a hotel advertised as 4‑star. Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing; the room’s condition and amenities were far below our expectations and certainly not 4‑star level.
