I didn’t like anything: the reception staff were bad, the hotel was dirty, and the food was poor. The reception staff were unprofessional.

The security guard was very good, but every receptionist was rude, didn’t respect customers, and always changed money; they need to be careful with their actions. I’m from Africa and have stayed there since 2018, yet they have changed the total price, so I’ve warned all of Africa in Ghana not to come to Fortune anymore.
