Location. I report to staff about a mess on the floor outside the lift on our floor the day we arrived . It was still there when we left two days later

Awesome staff and amazing view. They forgot to apply a 50.00 credit that paid extra for when I booked the room

Room location and view were both excellent. There was a problem with the AC not working in the room. We went to the airshow and when we returned the room was very warm and humid. I did call the front desk and maintenance was sent. He was able to clean the unit out and cooler air did return but not enough to make the room comfortable to sleep. Bigger problem is that we used the valet service for our car. When it was returned to us the next morning it was in a condition that looked like someone went through all the compartments. Items were not where we left them and most of the items from the glove compartment were on the passenger floor. Nobody had an explanation of this when I spoke to the valet
