The staff are kind, the décor is well cared for, the mountain view is beautiful, and the food quality is high. It’s a shame that dinner is a mandatory buffet instead of à la carte. Otherwise everything is perfect.

The heritage was good and beautiful looking property but not maintained. The floor was painted red and that was seeping out and on to our feet. Also we stayed in thr castle part were thr toilet had a rock and this needed to be maintained and toilet taps weren’t working and hot water wasn’t coming. The property and food was decent, they had dance in thr evening, so I may go back a 2nd time as a chance cos of thr property, hoping my concerns are fixed. I was travelling with a kid so it’s a concern but otherwise these can be overlooked. The pool area was goodddd!. Poor maintenance
