“Mala experiencia”
The privacy and the jacuzzi in the room were positives, but the room was heavily musty, the jacuzzi leaked, you can’t bring food or drinks into common areas like the pool unless you buy them there, the lighting in the room was poor, there was no parking, the pool looked unclean, and overall the place was outside the premises and insufficient.

The cleaning was good, but the manager was obsessive, treated us poorly, constantly harassed us, couldn’t give us the massage voucher, inspected our rooms as if we’d taken something, and the treatment toward us older adults was aggressive—definitely won’t stay here again.

Limpio. Que te dan otra habitación, en la app te dicen una y cuando llegas te dan otra. Y al final no te resuelven
The surroundings feel natural and Mrs. Oli’s service is very friendly, but the bathroom layout is not ideal because it’s separated.
The service is excellent, the place is very clean and well maintained, it looks lovely and it’s quiet enough to relax, though the pool water is cold, it doesn’t stop you from having a pleasant time.
