The breakfast was great, and the location is really good—it's not right in the center but still very close, and you can get there easily by public transport or on foot. I have nothing to complain about, and the value for money is perfect.

The hotel’s spot is close to universities and students, the staff is welcoming, the reception is open all the time, and it stays quiet at night. The bed has a comfy mattress, but the sheet on it is too small and falls off with any movement. The shower has an old shower screen and leaks water outside.

The staff, the accommodation, and the breakfast were all good. The bathroom door is see‑through, so there’s no privacy when using the toilet.

The location is great and the neighborhood is very calm; you can walk about half an hour to many spots like Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, etc., and it’s close to the shopping area. The hotel left a lot to be desired: the walls were dirty, the carpet was stained, some wall areas were worn or broken, overall maintenance was poor. Lighting was weak, cables were exposed… The private bathroom was tiny and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was scant, with little variety and no hot drinks or foods; everything was cold, even the milk.
