The décor was the only good thing; first, I booked a room that was actually smaller than a solitary cell, impossible to fit your luggage. I upgraded to a VIP room and paid double the amount. The air‑conditioner was very hot, the fridge didn’t cool. Everything was paid for, even the bath soap. The night reception staff were very rude and disrespectful, accused me falsely and didn’t apologize. There’s no supermarket nearby; you have to walk at least 11 minutes to find one. I never recommend this place; it’s the second worst Azur hotel in my life. Even the entrance is bad, there’s no porter for luggage.

The interior design was fabulous, unusual and enchanting, but our room turned out smaller than I expected, so next time I'll book a bigger one; I was also annoyed by influencers constantly posing and taking photos while we tried to enjoy a happy‑hour drink.

The staff were very friendly and allowed an early check‑in; the rooms were great and, if you upgrade, you get a balcony; the room had a smart TV and a bathtub, and tea and coffee were also available; I wanted to leave early but was told some morning snacks were available.

“Great location, unique design, and a relaxing stay with a nice bath experience.”

This was my first stay at Le Jardin Secret Saigon, and I immediately liked the location—very close to District 1 yet in a quieter area where you can experience more of the local daily life, which I personally enjoy; Vinh Khanh Food Street is just nearby and definitely a highlight, especially if you like seafood and a lively, authentic atmosphere; the hotel itself has a unique interior design, with a cinematic, almost elegant masked‑ball kind of vibe that makes it stand out from typical hotels; I also used the bath during my stay, which was a really nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day; the staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall it left a great first impression, which is exactly why I decided to come back again.
