The central location was excellent, the place was spotless, and the furnishings were attractive. The common area offered free coffee, tea, and croissants. Parking was available for €14 per day just 8 minutes away. Overall, it was a very good experience.
The location is great, the bed is comfortable, and the room size was perfect. The first night was noisy, but after that it was quiet. There’s no housekeeping service; you have to pay extra if you want it. They only left two soap bars for a three‑night stay, and the Wi‑Fi kept dropping out sometimes.
No internet. No water in the shower. The elevator is extremely small and the room is on the 7th floor.

The room is in a spot right near the city centre, just a few minutes from Politeama and via Maqueda, so walking around was easy. If you drive, there's covered parking at Orlando for 14€ a day, about a 10‑minute walk. The room itself isn’t huge but it’s pretty and clean. The staff sent clear check‑in instructions and were available at any hour, even at night, to answer questions. I was very satisfied and would recommend it!
