Excellent WhatsApp service. The room was exactly as in the photos, I really liked the experience, a new room in the old‑Rome classic building. The shower pressure wasn’t bad but I expected a bit more force from the water. The A/C seemed to need maintenance.

Great transport. No cleaning. The room next to ours was very close and had a scary entrance. The person who handled us didn’t respond quickly.

The location was pretty good. We were really close to the Colosseum we wanted to see and to other places on our list. Also very close to transport (Metro, Buses, Train), which made getting around super easy. We were very disappointed with the room’s condition when we arrived. Even though we checked in earlier than the scheduled time (9:30 instead of 15:00), the room felt like it had been empty for a long time and wasn’t properly cleaned after the previous guest. The air was stale, there was a noticeable mould smell, and the bathroom was in bad shape. The toilet was dirty (picture attached before the cleaning lady cleaned it), the shower glass was covered in mould, and there was a lot of dust throughout the room, especially under the bed. The bedsheets were stained and gross. The washing machine had a black, dirty rubber seal that clearly needed cleaning. We were given only two sets of towels for a five‑day stay for two people, so we paid and washed them ourselves because of the washing machine’s condition. We contacted the owner, who sent someone to clean. While she did an acceptable job, the room still needed a much more thorough cleaning afterward. At least we could sleep on the new bedsheets. Overall, the experience did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or comfort and had we not had such a packed schedule and needed to stay in the room longer than just one night we would have seriously considered booking a hotel or something.

The only downside of the room was that the hot water in the shower was hard to get on. I hope this was just a temporary glitch that will be fixed. Everything else was great.

Nice view, good location and clean. The safe didn’t work, so it’s a service they offer and charge for but isn’t available. The shower water temperature could never be regulated.
