The theme and room location were positives, but I was informed of a drainage problem that was never addressed, and the towels were in poor condition.

I was disappointed by the poor reception when checking in; the room had a bad smell, uncomfortable beds, everything looked dirty, there was no odor extractor, and the furniture and beds were worn out.

I had booked one night for a Saturday early‑morning arrival and actually arrived at 2 am, but the hotel didn’t honor my reservation; my 15‑year‑old daughter and I were told there was no booking, and the staff offered a pricier room because they claimed we couldn’t find another place, so I had to pay for that room instead of the one I’d booked. I felt they exploited my situation, calling it a full hotel and lying about it; during my stay only two people were seen, so I don’t know where the other guests were if the hotel was truly full.
