We were surprised with an upgrade upon arrival—a suite overlooking the Eiffel Tower! Pure bliss! Huge thanks to the hotel team; it made us feel very happy. The room was amazing, and the staff were super friendly.

The location was good and property was new. They didn’t leave amenities to the room we had to ask such as additional towel, hotel slippers etc

L'emplacement, l'accueil. La qualité des repas au restaurant, absence de variété. Rappel pour que le ménage soit fait. Toutefois le petit déjeuner était bon

The location is great, and the place is clean. The front desk team is excellent, especially Rania! She’s exceptional!
