The location was the only good thing, honestly. When I arrived the sheets were dirty and seemed wet, so I asked for a change and the staff looked surprised. The bathroom was also dirty, the toilet was filthy and hadn't been cleaned between guests. Later that night I noticed a lot of damp in the room, the new sheets were still wet, I couldn't sleep and the dehumidifier read 90% humidity. It was a dump, not a luxury room. It's truly shameful to deceive customers like that, even my garage is drier than their rooms. 0 value for money, I left the hotel at dawn without closing my eyes even once. The cherry on top was that the hotel denied any humidity at all 😅

The location was great – right in the center and relatively quiet. The room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! Bonus for the luggage storage. The room door jammed a lot and was hard to lock. Through the frosted bathroom window you could see the outlines of people from the rooms next door passing by, which was a bit awkward while showering. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and didn't smell good.

The accommodation offers three very cozy room categories. We started in the lowest category, which already met our expectations perfectly. On the last night of our stay we upgraded to the top category for a small extra fee. The small white villas by the pool leave no wishes unmet – breakfast is served right on your own terrace! The staff were exceptionally attentive, courteous, humorous, and friendly. We especially thank Ali, Fernando, Vandi, and Aoan! Such service is rare! Even though the property is right in the lively center, the courtyard is completely quiet. The hotel also offers a relatively cheap airport transfer. The only downside is that the lowest room category has no proper terrace for breakfast, but the staff were so friendly they set up a small extra table by the pool for us.
