The place is well‑structured with daily upkeep of toilets and bedsheets, friendly staff, a bulletin board linking to La Union events, a relaxing public area, and easy access to rides to the San Fernando Partas bus terminal—definitely a place I’d return to for a solo trip. They also offer a nearby co‑working space. Some amenities feel worn out, like a loose bidet that drips, and the drawers under the bunk beds with locks don’t actually lock.

The spot is spot on and the team is super friendly. The shared spaces are a real bonus: the kitchen comes fully outfitted and the coworking area is solid, with reliable Wi‑Fi that worked great for working from home. The whole place stayed spotless. On the flip side, the room was tiny, and at that steep rate, the fact that breakfast isn’t included feels like a let‑down. Paying that much just doesn’t add up.

I liked the location and the staff were very helpful. However, my bed was full of bed bugs and I got bitten for two nights. I thought it was mosquitoes at first, but the marks are different from mosquito bites.

The building is gorgeous, the staff are kind and available. It’s right in front of the Urbiztondo beach, not too noisy at night despite the nearby bars. Highly recommended!
