The location in Bole is excellent, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The location is close to the street, and the staff are very courteous. My room faced the street, which was noisy, so if you book, ask for a room that doesn't look out onto the street.

I want to thank Reception Ms. Salam, Yaras, and Seyon for their kindness, warm welcome, and support, as well as the housekeeping and laundry staff for room service; also thanks to the driver who took us from the airport to the hotel and back. The only downside is that breakfast options could be expanded.

The room was very spacious and the reception staff were helpful. However, a major renovation is needed; hallway noise is constant; construction is happening every day, even on Sundays, so there are noises from 8 am onwards; big works are happening throughout the neighborhood.
