Everything about the place was fine – the staff were friendly, the room was clean and the location worked for us. No real complaints to mention.

The spot is right next to a metro stop, which is super convenient, but the room left a lot to be desired. Walls had stains, the bathroom reeked of drains, and we found a cockroach both in the room and the hallway on the first night. We were given only one toilet roll for the whole stay, had to buy our own, and the shower had no curtain so water sprayed everywhere.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious, which made moving around easy, yet the moment we opened the door the smell of cigarette smoke hit us hard. It was a bit disappointing after such a roomy setup.

We checked in without any trouble, only to be told our booked room didn’t exist and were shunted to another building over 100 m away – a location that wasn’t even on our reservation. Inside, the place was filthy, with obvious maintenance problems, and the room was crawling with huge spiders and cockroaches. When we asked for help, staff claimed we’d booked a different type of room and offered no empathy or solution, so we left immediately and demanded a full refund.
