The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city centre, but the noise from the street was a bit of a problem. The staff, however, were absolutely fantastic - super friendly and helpful. They made up for the noise with their great service. The room itself was small but clean and comfortable, and the bed was surprisingly good.

The hotel's location is great, but the noise from the nearby streets can be a bit of a nuisance. On the plus side, they don't have a restaurant, but they do offer free coffee and hot drinks from a machine, although it's only available from 6-11 am. The staff is friendly and helpful when you ask for something, like reporting a broken item in the bathroom. However, I think it would be a good idea to have a luggage service, especially for older guests, as we had to carry our own bags.

The room at Hopinn was spotless and had a great layout, exactly what you'd expect from a hotel of its standard. Unfortunately, there was one major drawback - the lack of a non-smoking policy, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite this, the cleanliness and decent room size made up for it, and the staff were helpful when I checked in late. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the smoking policy was a bit of a bummer.
