The place was tidy and the spot is convenient for walking, but they promised a city view and we ended up looking at an abandoned parking lot; plus they missed our guest services request twice, never delivering the tissues even after we asked again.
“We are definitely staying here again during our next stay in Seattle for sure.”

The staff were very accommodating, the room was spacious with a sofa, lounge chair, desk, and chair, but the price was a bit steep.
