The site is close to the beach, the staff are very helpful, the mobile home is nice and there’s a parking space right in front, plus a pleasant sitting area by the reception where coffee and other drinks are reasonably priced. However, the kitchen is missing a few basics like a proper coffee machine, a toaster (we only had a sandwich maker), some bowls and decent knives, and there were only four pieces of each type of cutlery. The biggest annoyance is that the gate stays closed until 7:30 am, which is a problem for anyone with an early ferry or flight; you have to leave a fully loaded car on the street or lug luggage over the gravel to the gate that opens at 6 am, so a better solution for checkout‑time vehicle exit would be appreciated.

We arrived an hour early, were welcomed with a complimentary espresso (and another drink on departure), and found the mobile home already chilled, complete with a bottle of water in the fridge. The unit, designed for four, was spacious, modern and stocked with everything we could need, including brand‑new pans and pots. Breakfast resembled a typical Italian bar: a drink such as cappuccino and a fresh pastry, which we could enjoy either at the bar or back in the mobile home and then add the usual morning fare. The beach featured coarse sand turning into fine gravel, so we didn’t need beach shoes, and the sea was crystal‑clear. The mobile home provided beach chairs, a lounge chair and an umbrella for us to take down. It’s about a five‑minute walk to the shore, which was relatively quiet and not as crowded as many other spots. Every staff member was friendly and attentive. The nearest larger supermarket lay roughly 3.5 km away. Our son would have liked a pool, but the beautiful sea and the constant sight of fish diving made it a non‑issue.

The cottage was clean and functional with air conditioning and linens included in the price. The spot was very quiet and shaded, the sea was nearby, and all services were close by.
