The staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The room was clean but a bit smaller than the photo showed. It’s close to Connaught Place, a safe area in Delhi. Parking is just on the road side in front of the hotel, but that was still fine.

The hotel sits just a ten‑minute walk from Connaught Square, which is full of bars and lively at night, and it’s clean and close to the metro stop as well.

I really appreciated the team’s hospitality, courteous gestures, and prompt resolution of any concerns. Mr. Tanveer personally stepped in to address my issue and ensured everything ran smoothly; his ownership and customer‑focused approach were highly valued. Afsana went the extra mile with a warm gesture, offered me complimentary breakfast, and made a noticeable difference. Mr. Bittu delivered excellent room service with politeness, professionalism, and adherence to hotel policies. Overall, the team’s professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Nothing was perfect at first, but any conflict was handled very smartly.

The location is good, the staff are great, and they go out of their way to help. The only downside was loud music outside at times during the night.
