After my hotel booking, when I arrived they rejected my reservation, and it was very hard to find another hotel.

The spot was handy for my exam centre, but the room was a nightmare: we booked AC, got a non‑AC, unventilated, dirty room. After several complaints we finally received an AC room, yet it had no windows and still felt unhygienic. The bedsheets were stained, no towels were provided, making the whole stay very unpleasant and uncomfortable.
