“Amazing Place”
The food was amazing, and overall the facilities are spectacular; most of the staff were really nice to us. There’s a ton of great activities to do, and all I can think of is “I wish I had more time to do them all.” The services are amazing but the hotel is definitely a little overpriced. The staff were amazing, yet they kept reminding us that we had “only paid for their DREAMS rate,” which wasn’t the all‑inclusive rate. At some point we said, “yeah we get it, you don’t have to remember us about it every time we book a massage or just have a beer at the bar.” Still great and would stay again.

The location was beautiful and peaceful, with outstanding breakfasts and a great spa. The hotel‑organized expeditions were great for seeing the fabulous sights. Just remember to bring a professional wind‑cutting outer layer and warm clothes underneath when you go high up the mountain (on a comfortable road trip—because you start already at the high altitude that San Pedro has of 2200 m). The staff were smart, helpful, professional, and very nice—what else could you expect? A small detail: it would be helpful to have more drawers under the table tops in the room.

Our stay at Nayara Alto Atacama was simply memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt a genuine welcome that made us feel at home. The hotel combines comfort, tranquility, and impeccable facilities, perfectly integrated with the unique beauty of the Atacama Desert.
