The hotel buzzed with good energy, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious, and the room’s facilities were solid; the super king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide range of well‑presented foods, and we enjoyed one evening meal in the pleasant atmosphere. Every staff member was helpful, though the air‑conditioning panel malfunctioned and we had to call a staff member, who fixed it quickly.

The hotel was beautifully designed with vintage items like phones and record players in the rooms, and the location in the seventh district was great with many nice shops.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with a very large bathroom, and the staff were especially friendly. A iron was provided, and there was a cloakroom available before check‑in or after check‑out to change. The Vienna neighbourhood was pleasant, with several brunch spots, shops, and cafés nearby, and the breakfast was very good. The breakfast was a bit pricey, especially the self‑service coffee machine, and the Wi‑Fi had a low bandwidth.

The location and the special room were great.

We stayed in an extra‑large room that was lovely, and the location was excellent with plenty of local bars and restaurants just a walk away. The hotel bar’s opening and closing times were inconsistent, and when we asked reception to book a taxi for our flight home, we were told the set price was €42, but the driver charged €61 after we pointed out the fare was actually €42 plus €18 for an airport surcharge, which was disappointing.
