A leaking sink pipe, a broken light bulb, and poor construction made the room feel humid, smelly, and cheap, with watermarks on the walls and a toilet that was too close to the wall and hallway.

The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was okay, but after 10 days I felt it was necessary to write this review. I waited because I wanted the hotel management to have a chance to respond privately. On 1 Sep 2026, while my husband and I were still in the room at about 10.40 am and had not checked out, a housekeeping staff member opened the door and entered without permission while we were in a private situation. We were shocked, embarrassed, and distressed. Our booking allowed us to check out by 12.00 pm, so we were still occupying the room. We expected basic privacy and proper procedures before anyone entered. The hotel management did not respond to my formal complaint sent that same day, which made me feel ignored and that the incident was not taken seriously. This was not a minor mistake; hotels should ensure privacy, security, and respect for guests who are still occupying a room. I am sharing this review only after giving management a chance to address the matter directly, hoping they take it seriously and prevent future incidents. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable staying there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and responsive on WhatsApp, keeping us updated when needed. However, during our stay there was a water supply issue that persisted until the next day, and the water heater became dangerously hot when we set the temperature as usual, likely because the normal cold water had run out while hot water was still available; my wife spotted this before our kids showered, which could have been dangerous for children. I hope management investigates this and implements proper safety measures for future water supply problems.
