The place is right where you want to be, and the bed felt surprisingly comfy with a good pillow. Staff were genuinely friendly, making check‑in a breeze. All in all, a solid, hassle‑free stay.

The hotel’s location made it easy to get to the main sights, and the rooms were tidy enough for a short break. The only drawback was the central AC – it tended to keep the room warm after dark, which was a bit uncomfortable. Still, the convenience outweighed the nighttime heat.

“Will definitely stay at this hotel if I travel to Suzhou again”

Staff were courteous and the hotel sits just a short walk from Guanqian’s shopping hub, which was perfect for my errands. The building shows its age a bit, but the charm and service kept it enjoyable. I'd stay again despite the creaky bits.

The location couldn't be better – everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, and I never had to worry about transport. Simple, straightforward, and spot on.

The spot is unbeatable – close to everything and the laundry was spot on, with staff folding our clothes for us. The room was clean, roomy, and the tower fan helped when the air‑con stayed off in early November. The free late‑night porridge was a sweet touch, but the lobby smoking made the stay feel off‑balance, so I probably won’t return.
