The location was convenient, the room was spacious and satisfactory, and the parking lot was large and free. Because I arrived at night, it was hard to see the building and parking lot positions.

The staff were friendly, so I could relax. I was able to swim in the nearby B‑sen while being wrapped in a sunset.

The room was a private room, quiet, with towels, and the shower room was large. The toilet, shower, and washbasin were shared. On the second floor only a refrigerator and microwave were available, but the kitchen was unusable. The private rooms were basically clean, but the private room had an intense smell that seemed to come from a fabric softener or a pet shop air freshener (not the smell of feces or urine, but a chemical pet‑sheet‑like scent), which made me feel uncomfortable. I have asthma, so it made me feel a little asthmatic. It was quiet, but other guests seemed to be long‑term stays, maybe men, and because the toilet was shared, urine splashed onto the floor. In this area, a slightly higher price could have gotten me a good private‑room hotel, so that might have been better.

The toilet and bath were high quality and clean. The private room was spacious and pleasant. Because I was staying in the host’s house, depending on the room location, there were moments where we had to be considerate of each other.

“静かで落ち着ける”

The car rental spot is behind the building, and there’s a supermarket and Lawson nearby, making grocery shopping easy. The room comes with towels and a hairdryer, which was handy. The cat named Nyanzu was adorable, and because it was off‑season there were few guests, so the place stayed very quiet. No complaints.
