The view of the beach is lovely, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. However, there is noise from neighbors because there is no soundproofing, and the room is small.

The location is great. The price for a sardine box was steep. We had to move an ottoman that was taking up space, and when I lifted it, I cut my finger open—nearly needed stitches from a piece of sharp metal sticking out from the bottom.

The bed was very comfortable and large, and the room was spacious as was the bathroom. The parking spot right in front of our entrance was very convenient. The spot next to the ocean was pleasant but not very practical for going to restaurants (a car is quite necessary). The entrance door never seemed truly closed; we felt that by pulling hard, anyone could get in. There was poor insulation (cold + noise). We would have found it more convenient to have the microwave in the room instead of having to go outside to the barbecue area.

Privacy was good and the bed was comfortable. There was no microwave and the soundproofing between rooms was poor.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was great to have the Nespresso machine for morning coffee. We found it pretty easily even though we were completely new to the area (we drove). The beach is beautiful and accessible, being right outside the door, and the town is a quick drive away. The stonegrill restaurant in town was fantastic. There was nowhere to sit except the bed because we had to stay inside due to the moth plague in NSW when we were there.
