The room was cleaned every day and the staff were amazing; we asked for a ground‑floor room and they managed to get us one, but there was no hot water.

The room was spotless, which was great, but that's about where the positives ended. The outdoor AC unit right outside my window made it tough to get a good night's sleep, and the air circulation inside the room wasn't great. The room itself was pretty basic - no mirror, no closet or storage space to speak of. And the bathroom was a bit of a weird design, with a really weak water pump.

This place had a lot going for it - the staff were super friendly, the room was really clean, and the location was perfect. That all fell apart a bit when I discovered the shower didn't have hot water, which was a bit of a bummer. Still, if they can sort out the hot water issue, I'd definitely consider staying here again.
