The bed was so comfy; I stayed in the king suite, and it was spotless! I was very impressed, and the check‑in and check‑out were easy, with no interaction needed from staff. The location is a downside.

The room was ready and mostly tidy, except for one empty Sprite can left in the bedside drawer—probably a cleaning slip. I was surprised to see a $87.55 charge for “online services”; the room cost $84.51 as expected. I won’t turn on the TV next time, though I’m unsure if that will stop the extra fee. I didn’t use any streaming, just watched news on three channels.
