Pallada Hotel

“Супер 👍”

The staff were friendly, the room had a coffee machine, kettle, a working towel dryer, and was clean. A separate, opaque partition let a child use the bathroom while someone else was in the shower, and there was a dedicated sleeping spot for the child, plus robes and toothbrushes with toothpaste. Everything pleased us, and we’d gladly return. The restaurant was also great—tasty food and reasonable prices. The only drawback was the slightly inconvenient water delivery.

“Ціна не відповідає якості. Не приємні адміністратори, які обговорюють клієнтів прямо за спиною”

The bed was comfortable, but the shower stall was broken and the street outside smelled strongly of sewage. The window wouldn't open and the TV was dead. Water was scarce; we asked for more and were charged extra even though we hadn't checked out yet. The location is inconvenient, really far from the city centre.

“дешево і сердито, загалом відповідає своїй ціні, нічого відверто поганого.”

The location was close to a lively road, but overall it was quiet and comfortable at night. However, there was no sound insulation at all—one could hear conversations in the adjacent room, and vibrations were felt when someone walked there.

The food was tasty, the staff pleasant, rooms cozy and clean, and all the conveniences for a comfortable stay were present. There were no drawbacks.
