The service booked on Booking did not match what was received. According to Booking it was a room for 5 people (or 7), but once booked we were told it was not exactly that. They claim Booking’s website is broken… and the solution they offer is another room but at a price double the one we had already booked. So either Booking and the hotel do not cross‑check information, or it’s a way to force a second reservation… it’s not logical that the price is double or more than what was advertised on the web. Everyone should draw their own conclusions.
