“Everything is excellent, specially for location and gorgeous view.”

The breakfast was amazing, with a different spread each day—lots of food, veggies, fruit, drinks, a great dessert from the Great Chef, even sparkling wine if you wanted. The location is superb; you can walk to Fira city centre in 10 minutes and enjoy a beautiful view on the walk. My room faced the Caldera, which made watching the sunset and sunrise unforgettable. There was a private area outside the room, a free stream and sauna service that felt luxurious, plus a fitness centre, a nice swimming pool, a playroom, and more. Every employee was helpful and courteous. I loved everything. Everything was great, exceeding my expectations.

The hotel and rooms were lovely, the pool area was beautiful, and the staff were friendly, but the check‑in process was slow and we were told our room wasn’t ready.
