“Good for the price.”
The location and the pool were nice, the breakfast was good, but the rooms were a bit run down.

Everything was fantastic 😊

Breakfast à volonté was outstanding. We managed to walk to the Arts Market and the Ubud Palace. The hotel sits at the foot of the Monkey Forest, so we see the monkeys regularly. The place is very cute, the photos speak for themselves.

The pool area was nice, but massive construction was happening everywhere—saws, drills, and work all around. I couldn’t sleep. The shower leaked onto the floor, the mosquito net was too small for the bed, there were no sockets near the bed, and no bedside tables. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

I stayed at this hotel and overall the experience was good, especially its proximity to the Sacred Monkey Forest and the Ubud Art Market, which made it very convenient for us to travel to nearby spots. The market is very close, but prices are not fixed, so I recommend bargaining with vendors for a fair price. Another nice thing was that all staff were extremely kind and smiling, and their service was courteous and comfortable, giving the stay a pleasant feel. Overall, the location is excellent for those who want to explore central Ubud and nearby tourist sites, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend it for those who care about location and ease of access to surrounding areas. On the downside, some things didn’t sit well with me. The place felt a bit scary, especially at night, because of the dense trees around the hotel and weak lighting. The scent of trees and surrounding nature was noticeable in some areas. The building is old and needs maintenance and renovation, and the lighting is old and weak, which made the place less comfortable, especially at night. We also faced some annoyance from workers and nearby construction noises, which affected the overall quiet and comfort. The location and staff are among the hotel’s best features, but the place needs some renovation, maintenance, and lighting improvements, especially if the goal is to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay.
