“Happy with property, but some opportunities for improvement.”
The location was good, within walking distance of Nagoya Station, Fushimi, Sakae and Osu. It was comfortable for five people (or even six). The sleeping areas were downstairs, which was nice for quiet mornings if people woke early. We stayed twice and overall it met our expectations, but there were signs of maintenance neglect: the shower head was broken, the toilet paper holder was unscrewed or broken, and there was mold in the shower. On the second stay, the guests in the neighboring unit—owned by the same person—parked in our spot. The owner was slow to respond, so we dealt directly with the other guest, who said the property manager claimed it was first‑come, first‑serve and they could park there. That’s not what the listings say, nor the signs at the property. Overall, it’s a good place in a good location, but not a 9+ rating.
