Nothing special. The staff were not welcoming or attentive; the cleaning lady barely appeared at the door and then entered while I was still inside. At breakfast there was almost no greeting, just a very limited interaction.

The room is new and very clean, though it’s small. The beds are very comfortable and the noise is minimal despite the convenient location near the airport. The pillows, however, were very uncomfortable.

The location is close to the tram station. The room was smaller than I expected, I dislike self‑check‑in, it wasn’t clean enough (hair near the towel and on the sheets), and there’s no supermarket, pharmacy or store nearby.
