The location is great and everything is very clean. The air conditioning works well and there’s a lovely private rooftop for sunbathing, plus you can safely leave luggage during late check‑out. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is on the ground floor.

The place was very atmospheric; I’ll probably remember the distinctive wood scent when entering the hotel for the rest of my life. Everything suited me, and the bed was very comfortable.

First of all, the location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the centre. There is also a free car park just a 7-minute walk away, which was very convenient. We really liked the room and its stylish decoration. There were two important issues with the room. First, there was no wardrobe or even a small space where we could properly put our clothes. As a result, everything became quite messy, which unfortunately took away from the beautiful decoration of the room. The second issue was the mini fridge. The freezer compartment didn’t have a door, so it wasn’t able to freeze the ice packs we had brought with us. This was important for us because we wanted to keep our drinks cold when going to the beach. Although the cleaning was generally good, I think it could have been more thorough. For example, when I came back to the room, I noticed that the sand left in the shower had not been cleaned. The jacuzzi especially needs more attention when it comes to cleanliness. When I turned it on for the first time, black, ash-like particles came out of the jets, which was honestly very unpleasant. When I opened the drain, the bottom was full of dirt, even though this was on the very first day of our stay. To be honest, I had much higher expectations from Nobili. I had been really looking forward to this stay, so unfortunately the overall experience felt quite average. I believe that if they paid more attention to these details, they could provide a much better experience for their guests

The rooms and the hotel itself look stunning, and the spot is spot‑on—close enough to the old town to be convenient, but far enough to stay quiet. Joy went above and beyond when the airport misplaced our luggage, arranging calls and getting it sorted; her kindness earned us a full ten stars for her service alone.
