The room is clean, tidy, and the location is great. The staff are very friendly. Four Square is just down the road. The shower has good pressure. It would have been nice to have more milk deliveries for tea, but that’s a minor issue.

It was clean and comfortable. There was no staff to check us in, so we had to come back later. It seemed like there was no one around at all. No one was available to check us out. The on‑site restaurant was closed, the Wi‑Fi code given didn’t work, and no one was there to ask for help.

The room was large, the beds were comfy, and it’s centrally located. At 11 pm, a bus of tourists gathered to get on their coaches, making a lot of noise. I’m not sure if this happens every night, but it was loud and we couldn’t sleep.

The room was huge and spotless. The staff were lovely and gave us a free upgrade because of a misunderstanding, so we ended up with a balcony view of the mountains. It was a wonderful closing to our fabulous N.Z. holiday. Leaving.

Coralle was extremely helpful and provided great service. It needed a makeover.
