The place’s location, room size, and cafe were excellent, but there weren’t enough staff, so the service was slow, even though the staff that were there were helpful.

The location was great, but the road leading to the hotel was in terrible condition.

The place is beautiful and located in a protected area, with friendly staff who speak good English and delicious food; you can even pay online with a Mastercard link. However, it’s remote—about 8 km from the national highway via a very bad road—and the listed location isn’t precise; Google Maps is more accurate. In late April, even inside the protected zone, pollution is high because farmers burn fields before the monsoon, though autumn might be better.

The stay was excellent; the staff were cordial and helpful, always trying to keep us comfortable with their nice behavior. The hotel sits right in front of the Binsar Mahadev Temple, offering a quiet, beautiful, and peaceful setting. I’d love to visit again. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.
