The staff were very attentive, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location is great, but there’s a lot of traffic on the street which makes it hard to rest, though that’s just normal city traffic.

The hotel was fantastic, very atmospheric, right in the center, with excellent service and tasty breakfasts. We were able to store our luggage after check‑out, pick it up in the evening, and take a shower before the next leg of our trip—a great gesture toward guests. Everything was super.

Chloe, Harry and Happy welcomed us warmly, and the room felt cozy in a prime spot of Hanoi Old Town, surrounded by plenty of cafés and shops.

The staff were very friendly (Chloé, Happy, and Harry); the room was comfortable, the Vietnamese beds are always very large and cozy, the bathroom was practical, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve tried—thanks for the birthday attention!

The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bed sheets and towels looked quite old and could use replacing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay
