The reception staff were helpful, yet the door lock didn’t work and they didn’t care when I complained; the room paint was awful, the mattress was bad, and the TV didn’t work properly.

After a tiring trip, we were shocked to learn there was no vacancy despite having a reservation confirmation; the hotel hadn’t booked our room, so we spent hours wandering the city until we found a roadside hotel at a higher price because of an agricultural expo and the conference we were attending – very disappointing!
