We were a family of five and managed to stay for a very reasonable price; the room wasn’t large but felt clean, the front‑desk staff explained everything patiently when we had questions, and the amenities were abundant and excellent, although the shower curtain smelled strongly of dampness.

The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable, extra pillows were available, and free coffee and other drinks were provided. Amenities were complimentary, and it was easy to send luggage. The staff were kind and helpful, but the check‑in process was rigid, the hotel wasn’t close to the station or shops, and there were no convenience stores or restaurants nearby.

The hotel’s location was spectacular and the staff were amazing.

The staff were welcoming, available, and helpful. The room was small but very functional. It was close to Senso‑ji temple and many restaurants, yet situated on a quiet street. We asked for a quiet room and never heard any noise. Room 707, at the end of the corridor and far from the elevators, worked well. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but a free coffee/tea machine is in the lobby.
