“A very cosy stay would definitely recommend”
The room felt really snug and comfy, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was set up just right. I’d say it’s a solid pick if you’re after a low‑key, pleasant stay.

Dene showed up each morning with fresh eggs for breakfast, which was a nice touch, and despite a few frosty days the rooms stayed warm and inviting. The place is tucked away enough to feel private, yet only a short drive to Walcha where we managed to see most of the town in a day. Christian’s recommendation to eat at the Commercial Hotel paid off – the meals were spot‑on.

The patio offered great views and the location was spot‑on for exploring the area. We enjoyed a nicely prepared two‑course dinner that was added to our stay, and the breakfast spread was more than sufficient. All in all, a pleasant experience.

The owners were genuinely friendly, and the accommodation itself was both excellent and cozy. Nothing really stood out as a problem, so it was an easy, comfortable stay.

This little place has a lot of charm, solid facilities, and they even left a fresh loaf of bread for us each morning. Everything was fine, and we didn’t run into any issues.
