I couldn't have asked for a better spot – just two minutes to the Metro and a twenty‑minute stroll to the Colosseum. The owner and cleaner were incredibly helpful and friendly, and my room was spotless, well‑furnished, and cozy. Sitting on the terrace outside was a real treat, and Francesco was always ready to help over the phone whenever I needed anything.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was only a 2‑3 minute walk from the train station, and about a 15‑20 minute walk to the Colosseum. Public transport was also very convenient.

I had a very pleasant experience. The host was extremely kind, responded quickly every time, and helped with everything I needed during my stay. The location is excellent, close to the metro and bus stops, which made getting around Rome very easy. I confidently recommend this accommodation. Nothing in particular to note.
