Breakfast was sufficient, but a small wardrobe in the room would have been helpful. I was outside the door when the breakfast‑service lady opened it and told me to learn how to use the key card, which I didn’t know; the hint was missing at check‑in. The Eastern‑block employee’s remark, “I’m not your Madame,” was a bit harsh, even though I thanked her.
