The room was very clean and comfortable, the shared bathroom was also clean (no issues), soundproofing was excellent, and the logistics were great thanks to the proximity to the station. I recommend arranging your own transport if you don’t have any, because unfortunately (and this is not the property’s fault but the municipality’s) there are no buses to the beach. The train is the only option, which is very convenient even though the schedules are tight for holidaymakers.

Air conditioning, close to services, shops and the sea (about 10 minutes by car). The room has a small table, only one chair even though it’s meant for two people, and the terrace has no chair. I couldn’t access the balcony because the screen was damaged and hadn’t been repaired before my arrival. Cleaning was very superficial: the sheets were changed but the floor stayed dirty (you can see it by standing on it). The breakfast was terrible: a card is recharged to buy items from a vending machine, and the amount of money loaded onto the card was disappointing—only 15 euros for 20 days for two people. Therefore, the breakfast is not adequate and doesn’t compare to the average level of other B&Bs. Overall, the value for money could be better.
