I booked the hotel and had all the confirmation, but when I arrived they claimed I had no reservations. I showed them the confirmation and they said my booking was on their old website, which they didn’t see. They told me they were fully booked and that I should look elsewhere. I ended up finding another hotel because they didn’t give me a room.

The location is good, the décor is nice, the facilities are solid, and the reception staff—especially the young boy—were very hospitable. However, I asked for housekeeping during my stay and nobody cleaned my room.

The location is nice and the staff are friendly. The staff told me that Manager Biju wouldn’t allow the bill to be given to guests, so I had to ask for it even though I had already paid.
