Modern clean hotel. The lift was not working. The location was very noisy.

Free parking. Arrive at the hotel 15 minutes early. First, I had to fill out a paper, which I found odd because hotels usually don’t require paperwork on arrival. Second, the maid went out the back and smoked cigarettes, then returned, leaving the waiting area smelling like stale smoke; I was ready to leave if my room smelled like stale cigarettes. Third, the lift was out of order. My room was on the top floor, which was very inconvenient. The stairs were also very small and narrow, making it hard to carry stuff up.

I didn’t realize breakfast was offered; if we hadn’t had someone with us who knew where it was we might have struggled a bit to find it, but now we know we’ll definitely use it again. The lift was out of order, so climbing two flights of stairs with suitcases wasn’t ideal.

I liked how clean it was and the location was convenient, but the area is busy and parking is hard to locate, plus the deposit must be paid by card and it takes days to get refunded.
