I've stayed a few times and every time the rooms stayed clean and nice. No issues.

Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of options served quickly; the staff were friendly and professional. The only drawback was the shabby furniture.

NOTHING AT ALL. Nothing at all was very very poor asked for not a ground floor and was given a ground floor after a long 6 hour drive manager then spoke to me like dirt told me to change my attitude and to deal with it yes this was a manager . Kept out rill 3 pm cause house keeping hadn't finished yet when we went in dirt on bed and a number of ling hairs bed very uncomfortable extremely noisy as right by KFC tv screen cracked and lines going through it both vertical and horizontal. Lied to by manager not just to me but to my auntie and mum aswell saying he would issue a refund if we went through booking com then next day SURPRISE SURPRUSE HIS DAY OFF and he told his staff not to give us a refund . Also when i asked for a small amount of soya milk due to allergies his ATTITIDE WAS WELL YOU CAN GO AND BUY IT . The manager was appaling never wver go to this hotel if you want comfortable bed and a decent night sleep I would not recommend this hotel at all however there is a fab hotel up the road call THE VICTORIA HOTEL THIS IS A MILLION % better
