The hotel sits in a great spot, but there’s no concierge service.

Only two steps from Dotonbori, the place was clean and satisfying; the staff were very helpful, keeping our bags while we waited for the room. However, we were three guests and the sofa bed was still unmade, and the bathroom’s design could be improved.
